Alright, here is my plight: We are about to begin our Forgotten Realms campaign. Once again we are starting at level one and therefore are creating completely new charcters… YIKES! I love making characters so that is actually making my decision very difficult.
I thought I might give a brief description of the character concepts I have come up with and let all of you cast a vote to let me know which you think would be the best one to choose.
Character 1: Eladrin Wizard
Yes, this is what I am currently playing but I LOVE IT. It’s the first real character I have had any experience with and I fully understand the rules for playing an Eladrin Wizard. The only down side is that I like to do a lot more fighting than she is designed for and besides if I created another character that is essentially the same one with a new game… well I would probably be flogged by my group.
Character 2: Warforged (female) Fighter
She would just be bad ass. And though she would be a fighter I would want her to have this sort of innocence and confusion about the world. Might be a little tricky to play but it would really require me to branch out in my skills.
Character 3: Warforged (male) Fighter
Basically the same as above but I would have the added challenge of playing a male character.
Character 4: Gnome Rogue
This one lately has been striking me as the most fun. Mostly I think because I could cross train some other feats into the rogue and well I would love to have a minion… especially one named Francis… lmao!
Character 5: Gnome Warlord
Okay, this is really the one I am loving. I really like the idea of playing this gnome is who overly enthusiastic and positive. It would be such an about face from the aloof/total-bitch-of-a-wizard I am playing now.
Well there you have it. I would love thoughts from anybody and seriously people: VOTE! I want to hear what you think would be a really challenging but fun 2nd character for me to play 
With the latest blogs on Dice Monkey being about Star Wars, I thought that I would provide a service to all those out there that are playing Star Wars, or thinking about playing Star Wars, whether it be D6 Star Wars, D20 Star Wars, or Saga Edition.
SWAG : This is a phenomenal site for you to go and find character ideas for any type of creature you can imagine. A lot of the artists are production-level quality (and some really, really aren’t). I love this site, even when I’m not running a Star Wars game. I could just spend hours looking at all the lovely pictures.
Star Wars Deckplans Alliance : This is a great site for your starship deckplan needs. There’s not a ton of ships here, but there’s a nice selection for you to check out. Another great site is Colonial Chrome which has a bunch of great deckplans as well.
Saga-Edition: I love this site as well. It’s got a ton of fan-made ships, vehicles, races and characters for you to use in your Saga Edition games. Check it out today!
